Defective DVD REturns

1. DVDs in cases:  we are no longer accepting responsibility for DVDs not playing.   We can't be responsible dirty or defective players.   99.99% of our defective claims are from first time customers so those are fraudulent.  If the company is still in business then you will have to contact the company, if they company is out of business than item is a collectors item and its being sold for its collectible value.  Once its opened it no longer has value.   We understand that this may cause you not to purchase here and that is no problem.   We have 1000s of regulars and they never have one issue.   Every time we get an email about a defective  its a new customer and we realize they their claim isn't honest.

2. Reprinted DVDs in sleeves.   If you have one of these that is defective, when you place your next order:  On the cart page, the cart page is when you click on the shopping cart.  You scroll down to the bottom.  There is a section for "add a note to your order" in that space, tell us the problem with the DVD and request we test one and send it with this order.  Some DVDs are older content.  If the scene was blurry or the lighting was bad, its not going to change.    Many of the DVDs in sleeves are older footage.  It is in higher demand than the new material.   Know what you are buying before you buy it, we are happy to help you, but you are responsible for what you purchase.  If you don't ask for help, its on you.

The main reasons for these policies are inflation.   There is no profit any longer.  We can't refund people for DVDs simply because they think they can get away with it.  We used to be able to do this.   The cost of shipping back and forth completely prevents any exchanges.

I know its seems unfair, but its just a sign of the times.

We are certain if you clean your DVD player or replace it, the DVD will work.
