Tips for getting your order shipped faster

Don't place an order for 1000 DVDs. If you are going to order 1000 DVDs, break up the orders. An orders for 1000 DVDs will take 4 times longer than 10 orders of 100 DVDs, and 8 times longer than 20 orders of 50 DVDs. If you place a massive order its going to take time. Smaller orders will ship faster.
Orders on a Sunday, Monday or Tuesday. I get people that order at 8pm on Friday and can't understand why there orders doesn't ship until Tuesday. Order Sunday Monday or Tuesday and you won't have to worry about the weekend.
If you have a massive order. Order the DVDs in sleeves on one order, clearance on one order and Active DVDs on another order. It will get your orders out to you faster.
Orders will any kind of special request will have a delay.
If you live outside the continental United States use priority mail. I get the same customer that lives in the Virgin Islands. Everytime he orders he pretends like its the first time he orders and goes nuts that his order takes a long time. He says "I get it faster from other people." Everyone uses the same post office. Emails about shipping times to Alaska, Hawaii, PR, VI, Guam, etc will not be answered except with a stock email. We will not argue about delivery times to these places.
