When Orders are Shipped

I want to be clear about shipping times.   Customer service is not a courtroom where we are going to litigate shipping times.   Arguing on time zones and other specifics in an attempt to get your order shipped faster isn't something we even respond to.   The shipping times are estimates.   We are not a "shipping speed" oriented company.    Amazon focuses on speed because you order ordering ink for your printer because you need it now.   Nobody needs DVDs overnight.   We have a 220,000 DVD inventory.  Our average order is now over 25 DVDs.   Amazon couldn't manage that.

Shipping and Delivery are two different things:

Shipping Time is the time from when you place your order until it starts tracking with the USPS.

Delivery Time is the time it takes for the USPS to deliver it. 

1. We ship orders as fast as we can, but it is not the number #1 priority.   A very small percentage of customers that have failed to plan properly have pressured us into very bad habits and practices for the rest of our customers.   These customers spend the least and complain the most.   In most cases their accounts get cancelled.   We will not tolerate 20 messages asking for updates on a $20 order.
2. YOUR PRIVACY is our number 1 issue.   There is nothing else as far as i am concerned.   Protecting your life as you know it, is my concern.   Is pressuring a company to ship fast worth your neighbor getting the package or your mailman seeing what's inside?  No.  One or two days will not make a difference, but having everyone in the neighborhood knowing your business will make a difference.   
3. Completing the order.  That is important.  In some cases the DVD could be our last one.  You could buy it for $4.99.   Nobody has it any longer and we refund it.  You still want the DVD and now its $99 on other sites.   We found it the next day and someone else bought it for $4.99.  We are going to get to great lengths to complete your order if we can't find something.  Calling other companies, customers, and using overnight Fed Ex to get it here.
   

If we some strange reason you need adult DVDs in a rush there are plenty of sites that charge $29.99 and have overnight shipping.  Call them.   They will be happy to take your order.   Its not us.   We are not in that business.  

All Orders ship discreetly.  

Tips for getting your order faster.

The cut of for each day is 1pm EST. 

Ordering at 1:01pm on Monday is the same as ordering Tuesday.

Larger orders take more time.  If you order 20 or more items, it could take more time.   

Sun & Mon ------- Ships Tuesday

Tues ----------------Ships Thursday

Weds ---------------Ships Friday

Thursday -----------Ships Saturday  (We try to get as many as possible out on Saturday, its not a guarantee.)

Friday  ---------------Ships Satuday  (We try to get as many as possible out on Saturday, its not a guarantee.)

Saturday------------Ships Tuesday  (Check your calendar for Federal Holidays.  I sent out an email about it and everyone loves Federal Holidays, it adds an extra day to the calendar that week)

If you have a very large order please add a day or two. 

We try our best to ship orders as quickly as possibly.

If you want the least wait time order Sunday, Monday or Tuesday.

If you order closer to the weekend you run the risk of the weekend being in your ship time.   Plan ahead or please refer to the schedule.
